Complete Drywall and Interior Fixtures, Start Exterior Finishes
Finish Interior Trim, Install Exterior Walkways and Driveway
Install Hard Surface Flooring, Countertops; Complete Exterior Grading
Finish Mechanical Trims; Install Bathroom Fixtures
Install Mirrors, Shower Doors; Finish Flooring, Exterior Landscaping

Some finishing touches are completed once your home is truly yours.
Landscaping, paving and fencing will all be completed after you've moved into your new home. This finishing can take time and your patience is appreciated. Factors like weather, foundation settlement and permits can delay the process.
